Want to get off the beaten track and trade the asphalt for mountain paths? This introduction to high-altitude trail running is designed for runners and joggers eager to discover a new way to move in the great outdoors.
Between dynamic hiking and running, trail running offers a varied and stimulating playground. Led by a professional from the Guides Bureau, you'll learn to manage your effort, adapt your stride to the terrain, optimize your footing, and breathe at altitude. A perfect blend of fun, sport, and discovery.
This outing is accessible to all regular runners, even those new to mountain running. The goal isn't performance, but the pleasure of movement in nature: a gradual pace, technical advice, scenic breaks… and plenty of good cheer.
