We offer guided hikes and walks for all ages and abilities. It's the perfect activity to discover all the secrets and treasures of our valley! While guiding you on and off the trails, always ensuring your safety by managing the pace and breaks, the guide will lead the outing according to the theme, the destination... and above all, all the surprises the mountains have in store for you.
Outings are classified according to three levels of difficulty:
Very easy walks: Minimal elevation gain • young children and baby carriers welcome • sneakers welcome
Easy walks: Family-friendly • suitable for ages 6 and up • walking shoes recommended
Hiking: For walkers ages 8, 10, or 12 and up • hiking boots recommended
Several themes are offered for all levels:
- Alpine wildlife observation: all levels, marmots, chamois, ibex, birds of prey...
- Tastings and meals in mountain huts: all levels, half-day, full-day, or evening hikes, discover our regional products and learn more about their production,
- Discovery of the Heritage: All levels welcome. Follow and listen to the guide through the valley to learn about its history and inhabitants.
- Flora Observation: All levels welcome.
- High Summit Hike: Day hikes (minimum 800m elevation gain). Guides invite you to discover the most beautiful peaks in our valley.
Trail Running Initiation: For the more athletic, learn to run in the mountains on beautiful trails!
Equipment: Sports shoes with lug soles are acceptable, but proper hiking boots are always best. For day hikes, hiking boots are strongly recommended for your safety.
In the mountains, the weather changes very quickly: storms arrive without warning, and the sun is never far behind the clouds. Always carry in a small backpack enough to deal with all situations: a sweater or fleece, rain gear, water, a snack, a cold meal (for day trips), sunglasses, a cap, sunscreen, ... and your binoculars if you have them!
