Mountain Adventure – Fun and Sporty Rock Courses for the Whole Family

Looking for thrills and adventure in the mountains? Discover our Mountain Adventure courses, a fun and original activity inspired by tree climbing... but without the trees! Here, everything is set up on rocky outcrops or cliffs, in the open air, in the heart of high-altitude alpine landscapes.
Supervised by professionals and in complete safety, you'll move from one obstacle course to another: suspended walkways, rope bridges, Tibetan or Nepalese bridges, zip lines, mini-via ferrata, and other surprises… Aerial courses for young and old, combining fun, sport, and immersion in nature.
Two exceptional sites in the Belleville Valley: - Children's Course – Les Menuires (ages 6 to 12), at the Plan de l’Eau des Bruyères site
- Teen/Adult Course – Val Thorens, above Lac des Grenouilles (ages 11+ / 1.40m)
Bonus: The two long ziplines at Plan de l’Eau in Les Menuires allow you to fly over the lake in complete safety, for maximum thrills (minimum height 1.40m and weight 40kg).
All our courses are equipped with the CLiC-iT system, a continuous lifeline that guarantees your safety while allowing the freedom of traditional rope handling techniques (carabiners, lanyards, pulleys).
