Do you or your child love climbing and want to progress quickly during your stay in the mountains? Opt for a 4 or 5 session climbing course, led by a certified high-mountain guide in the Belleville Valley, Savoie.
This format allows for structured learning and real improvement in your technique, whether you are a beginner or already experienced.
Course Objectives
Over the course of the sessions, participants will:
- discover or consolidate basic techniques (movements, positioning, balance)
- learn how to tie in, belay, and lower themselves onto a top rope
- progress on varied routes adapted to their level
- gain confidence and independence in a natural environment
The course takes place on specially equipped training crags set up by our guides around Les Menuires and Val Thorens, in a magnificent natural setting.
Who is it for?
Our courses are open to two groups, divided into appropriate categories:
- Children from 6 years old
- Teenagers & adults, beginners or those looking to improve their skills
Each group is led by a mountain professional who adapts the content and learning objectives according to the age and skill level of each participant.
Practical Organization
- 4 or 5 sessions spread throughout the week or even over the entire season
- Sessions of 3 hours each, half-day sessions
- Locations: natural climbing sites near Les Menuires and Val Thorens
- In case of bad weather, the activity is moved to a climbing gym in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville
- All technical equipment is provided
