Our MTB school, certified by the MCF (French Cycling Instructor), offers a comprehensive program of supervised activities for all levels, ages, and interests. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, child or adult, you'll find the perfect option for you.
Our Guided Mountain Bike Packages
- Children's Courses "Biclou" and "Biker" (ages 6-12): fun progression and a medal awarded at the end of the course. Equipment included.
- Downhill Mountain Biking (DH): introduction or improvement on the trails of Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Méribel, and Courchevel. Access via ski lifts and free shuttles.
- Enduro Mountain Biking: for experienced riders. Wild and technical routes combining pedaling and descents on singletrack trails.
- Electric Mountain Biking (e-MTB): accessible mountain rides, moderate effort, and maximum enjoyment. Half-day or full-day outings.
Whether you choose a group ride, a private lesson, or a private outing, our instructors are available to share their passion with you!
What you need to know about downhill mountain biking
Downhill mountain biking (or "DH") is practiced on trails specifically designed for this activity and adapted to each rider's skill level: green, blue, red, and black; a bit like downhill skiing!
But be aware, this activity is less simple and more physically demanding than it seems: like skiing, mountain biking takes practice! Simply "knowing how to ride a bike" isn't enough to safely get started in mountain biking, especially downhill. An instructor will guide you to begin and improve safely, allowing you to fully enjoy your rides!
Don't venture out without an instructor.
