Whitewater Adventures — Thrills and Refreshment in the Heart of the Valley

Wild canyons carved into the rock, the tumultuous rapids of the Isère River, natural water slides, and refreshing jumps: whitewater adventures offer a unique way to discover the mountains, up close to the water. Led by our certified guides, these outings combine thrills, a complete change of scenery, and a welcome refreshment after a day of hiking or biking. Canyoning, rafting, canorafting, or hydrospeeding: there's an option for everyone, from the first jump for the whole family to the technical descent for the most experienced.

Canyoning: The Vertical Adventure

Nestled within the rock, our canyons alternate between jumps, natural slides, and rappels, in settings ranging from playful and family-friendly (Eau Rousse Canyon, Montmin Canyon) to more challenging and technical (Varlossière Canyon, Bénétant Canyon, with its aerial rappels and impressive slides). A progression designed for all levels, from the curious beginner to the thrill-seeking athlete.

Rafting and Canorafting: The Power of the Isère River

Aboard a raft or canoraft, race down the rapids of the Isère River as a team, with introductory courses accessible from age 8 and up, and advanced courses for those seeking a more intense experience. A truly convivial activity to share with family or friends.

Hydrospeeding, at Water Level

For total immersion, hydrospeeding takes you down the river as close as possible to the current, float in hand and fins on your feet. A radically different way to experience the Isère rapids, in complete autonomy on the water.

Progression for All Levels

From the occasional jumper to the seasoned athlete, each activity is offered at several levels of difficulty and minimum age, indicated on each activity description. Our guides systematically adapt the supervision to the group's level for a safe outing.
