Although classified as easy and ideal for a first experience, this canyoning trip is still a sporting activity in its own right: you don't need to be a top athlete, but a good level of fitness is necessary for the approach hike and the descent (jumps, slides, technical sections). It is also essential to know how to swim, even though the pools are shallow.
