Kids' Club 100% MountainA week of adventure in the heart of the Alps, for children aged 6 to 10
The Children's Mountain Club offers a week of outdoor activities for 6- to 10-year-olds, led by mountain professionals (mountain guides, mountain bike instructors, and high-mountain guides). A varied, fun, and educational program to discover the mountains and all their activities while developing independence, teamwork, and respect for the environment.
100% Mountain Activities, Adapted to Children's Ages
On the program*:
• Rock climbing, mountain biking, treetop adventure courses, hiking
• Observing alpine flora and fauna (marmots, insects, animal tracks, plants, high-altitude lakes)
• Visiting an alpine pasture
• Introduction to map reading and navigation
• Overnight stay in a mountain refuge for an unforgettable mountain immersion
*The program may be adjusted depending on the weather or terrain conditions.
Professional Supervision and Safety
All activities are adapted to the age and skill level of the children. Groups are supervised by qualified professionals to guarantee safety, progress, and a fun atmosphere throughout the week.
Practical Information
Always take the time to speak with the chaperone when you pick up your child at the end of the day.
• Hours: Sunday 2 p.m., then Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. to Friday 5 p.m.
• Meeting Point: Plan de l’Eau des Bruyères (Les Menuires). Unless otherwise instructed by the chaperone, the return trip will be to the same location.
• Transportation: Parental assistance may be requested for some trips.
• Insurance: Not included; please check your coverage.
Equipment to Bring
• Every day (including the night in the mountain hut): Clothing appropriate for the weather, athletic shoes, a small backpack containing: a 1L water bottle, a packed lunch, two small snacks, a sweater/fleece, a rain jacket, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
• In addition, for the night in the mountain hut (Thursday evening): trousers or jogging bottoms for the evening and a change of clothes for the next day that can also be used as pajamas (underwear, socks, t-shirt), well-protected in a plastic bag inside the backpack. Dinner, breakfast, and the packed lunch for the following day are included; you may simply add snacks (please do not provide candy).
• We provide the specific equipment for each activity.
Registration
Children can be registered for a single day, subject to availability, but ideally, the full week is recommended to fully benefit from the atmosphere and group dynamics.
It is mandatory to complete and return the health information form before the start of the program.

Children under 5 years old (inclusive) are admitted free of charge to all activities they can participate in, except for tastings, for which a fee is charged for children aged 3 to 5 inclusive.
* 10% discount: if 3 or more products are purchased at the same time for the same participant OR for 4 or more people (adults or children) registered for the same activity.
